     In lieu of the current covid situation with regards to schools reopening in New York and Arizona I have not been substitute teaching since late fall of 2019 as a result of the schools in both locations closing down to students and reverting to remote learning.
     As a result I have been contemplating taking advantage of several of my talents and skills relative to my work in the Building Information and Modeling (BIM) field.
     Just recently our daughter asked if I could provide a plan and model of an area at the entrance to her home so that she can design custom landscaping to be done. The following image shows the initial dimensions of the area in centimetres.  I went ahead and created the 3D model which includes the floor plan area and a 3D model that she can work from.  Here is an image of what I completed in about an hour.
